RFS Sox Transfer Additive FCC additive
Applicable Scope
RFS is an environment-friendly additive with good performance. It is an additive for effectively reducing SOx emission from FCCU.
Characteristics
RFS is a high property additive for reducing SOx emission from regenerator during FCC process. The physical and chemical properties of RFS are similar to ordinary FCC catalyst, so RFS can be directly blended with cracking catalyst and has no obvious negative effect on the main catalyst reaction behavior, the entire apparatuses normal operation, the FCC products distribution and the properties of products.
Design Philosophy
RFS SOx transfer additive combined the technology of new matrix preparation and nano active component to capture SOx precursor in highest degree. The physical and chemical properties of RFS have been optimized by the development of a new continuous manufacturing technology, and the producing efficiency increased in a large scale as well.

Commercial Reference
The commercial application results show that when the sulfur content in feedstock is between 0.5~0.6w% and the SO2 concentration in flue gas is higher than 1000 mg/cm3, the SOx concentration can be reduced more than 75% by adding 2.5w% RFS additive in FCC system.
