TS-1 is a titanosilicate molecular sieve with a three-dimensional pore structure represented by ZSM-5. It consists of a Z-shaped channel and an elliptical straight channel intersecting it.

Characteristic and superiority

In addition to maintaining the original MFI molecular sieve topology, TS-1 is formed by the uniform distribution of titanium atoms in the framework to form a special active site for the selective oxidation of Ti in the TS-1 framework. Skeleton of Si-O-Ti bond, which makes it both with catalytic oxidation activity and has both shape-selective catalytic properties. .

Application

 

Alcohol oxidation, alkane, partial oxidation, olefin epoxidation, phenol hydroxylation, aromatics catalytic oxidation, cyclohexanone ammoxidation, acid, ammoximation and other heavy metal adsorption of water in the catalytic reaction.
