1.1 Product name:

Chemical Chinese name: catalytic flue gas desulfurization auxiliary; chemical common name or trade name: LSTDS-1 catalytic cracking sulfur transfer auxiliary.

1.2 Product introduction:

LSTDS-1 Catalytic Cracking Sulfur Transfer Auxiliary is a high-efficiency solid refining catalyst that is used in refining catalytic cracking (FCC) units to reduce the SOX content in the regenerated flue gas, thereby reducing the atmospheric emission of SOX and reducing atmospheric pollution. When the storage capacity of the device system is about 2~5%, the SOX content in the flue gas can be reduced from the original 1200ppm to less than 180ppm, and the decline rate is more than 85%.

Industrial application of LSTDS-1 flue gas sulfur transfer agent:

LSTDS-1 catalytic cracking sulfur transfer aid was successfully applied in the catalytic unit of Sinopec Changling Branch. Industrial application shows that the refining aid can significantly reduce the SOX content in the regenerated flue gas. When the addition amount is 2~5%, the SOX content in the regenerated flue gas can be reduced from 460ppm to 0~60ppm. The desulfurization rate is above 88%.
