LSLOSA series of propylene additives for increasing production

1.1 Product name:

Chemical Chinese name: Enhanced Light Olefin Solid Co-catalyst; Common Name or Trade Name of Chemical: Enhanced Light Olefin FCC Co-catalyst, Increased Production of Propylene Auxiliary; Chemical English Name: Enhancing Light Olefin Yield FCC Additive.

1.2 Product introduction:

LSLOSA series of propylene booster is a kind of high-efficiency solid co-catalyst used in refining catalytic cracking unit (FCCU), which can significantly improve the propylene concentration, propylene yield and octane number of gasoline in the liquefied gas of the catalytic cracking unit. When accounting for about 3% to 5% of the system reserves, the liquefied gas yield can be increased by more than 3 percentage points, the propylene yield can be increased by more than 1.5 percentage points, and the gasoline octane number has a certain increase.

Our company’s LSLOSA series of propylene additives mainly include LSLOSA-1, LSLOSA-100, LSLOSA-100S. Among them, LSLOSA-100 propylene production boosting additive has been successfully applied in more than 40 sets of catalytic cracking units of Sinopec, PetroChina and other refining and chemical enterprises. Industrial application shows that the additive can significantly increase the yield of liquefied gas and propylene, and has little dilution effect on the main catalyst, and does not affect the performance of the main catalyst. At the same time, the agent can significantly improve the octane number of catalytic gasoline, has little effect on the olefin content of catalytic gasoline, and its performance is better than similar products at home and abroad.

*Raw material oil: LSLOSA-1, LSLOSA-100, LSLOSA-100S, the catalytic raw materials of Long Smelting 2#, undergo 800℃, 17hr hydrothermal aging, the reaction temperature is 500℃, and the ratio of agent to oil is 6.0.

Industrial application of LSLOSA series production increasing propylene additives:

LSLOSA series of propylene production boosting additives have been successfully applied in more than 40 sets of catalytic cracking units of Sinopec, PetroChina and other refining and chemical enterprises. Industrial application shows that the refining aid can significantly increase the yield of liquefied gas and propylene, and has little dilution effect on the main catalyst, so it does not affect the performance of the main catalyst; the agent can also significantly improve the octane number of catalytic gasoline. It has little effect on the olefin content of catalytic gasoline. The performance of the agent is better than that of similar products at home and abroad.
